      Education Opportunity to learn CRRT, IABP, balloon pump, open heart, TAVR, EVD

      Cons

      Schedule is rotating, this means you may work days and nights in the same week. There is very little regard for your home life in regards to scheduling. They will plug you in where they need you.

      Pros

      Friendly people, decent hours, lovely patients, good dental

      Cons

      Health insurance is extremely costly and hardly covers anything if you have to be seen outside of Monument which odds are you will, you have to use your own PTO for holidays when a clinic is closed (it is NOT an option to not use your PTO).
