This place should not be an industry leader. It is a disservice to healthcare. They have absolutely zero empathy for patients so why would they care for employees. The amount of delays and mistakes made by the pharmacists, and review teams is ridiculous and patients always call and show the anger to the support team who can do nothing but tell the pharmacists. The patients are never notified of appointments, so run out of medication. The pharmacists don’t join the video link, so run out of medication. The reviews take so long and patients are not notified of next steps, so run out of medication. And external pharmacy prescriptions never get done correctly so patients run out of medication. There’s not even a complaints department for patients they just get a generic response. Because management are too busy doing nothing to call or email. And if patients swear at the employees the managers still won’t step in. If this company treats the patients so poorly, it’s the same for the employees. There is only micromanagement and when ever you ask anything you get a sassy answer, and you have to keep asking because nothing is explained in the first place you just get thrown in the deep end not knowing any of the processes. The salary is pennies compared to the doctors and pharmacists when the support team have to deal with other people’s silly mistakes. Would never be a patient or recommend this place to anyone.
