Managers are full of themselves. It’s a dog eat dog world everybody trying to step on each other to get position. Myles has no idea what he’s doing and every month they have a meeting and blow smoke up everybody’s a hole. The people happy there are usually the ones on their own product.

Things feel pretty chaotic a lot of the time with constant changes and restructures, so it’s hard to ever feel settled. Senior management communication isn’t great and often feels unclear, especially when big changes are happening. There’s also not much transparency, which leaves people guessing about what’s going on. Overall it can be quite stressful, and decisions from the top don’t always match what’s actually happening on the ground.
