great pay for the hours required pay depends on where you work. great co workers who give all they can to make sure everything runs smoothly great management and owner is great to. depending on how good u work and how much u work they give u more hours. and the owner treats everyone as if they were his best friend.

no cons. if they had work for you they will always call you. most of the time if there is no work its because places close down due to weather or other events.
