You are more than likely paid the least from other Hospital/ Clinical settings, undervalued, told by management "if this no longer works for you then it might be time to find another job", expected to exceed departmental expectations with no assistance or tools to help you achieve that goal, Management will wait until the 89 th day to address any write up's because the 1199 union gives them 90 days to address any concerns, reviews are done every 2 years so you will always get a bad review from something that happen 2 years prior to your review date. Management will sabotage any chance of advancement, education, or productivity based on biased means, lack of professionalism from management and other coworkers. Shall I go ?
