Solid benefits and pay depending on which department you work in. Great colleagues to grow and learn from. Offer lots of networking opportunities
Cons
Most Departments operate in Silos and it's difficult to outreach certain colleagues without getting crucified for it Not much room for Growth . Everyone stays in their position for years. Senior Management and most Supervisors function in cliques. Montefiore is notorious for favoritism and Nepotism.
