      Pros

      Excellent benefits package and flexibility with PTO (24 days/year). Very friendly people without much politics. Some of the smartest people in the embedded Linux industry.

      Cons

      A lot of the more technical work is outsourced to Europe/Asia so its hard to get very technical experience with embedded Linux.

      Pros

      great minds with tons of tech knowledge in : embedded system, linux, kernel. large range of HW and SW to use in the lab.

      Cons

      -lack of synergy between experts and juniors will ingot learn -war between engineering / support / sales where each look down the next
