      Pros: You will be provided with basic amenities like a bulb and a table. (Don't expect cooler fan or ac)

      Cons: The company has a highly micromanaged and toxic work environment, primarily due to the CEO's over-involvement in every aspect of the business. This small startup, with around 15-17 employees, lacks proper management and professional culture. The CEO's approach, supported by a few underqualified favorites, creates a stifling atmosphere. She is very biased towards the employee.

      Very grounded role & ambitious team. Small company, so lots of work & things to learn. No cap on responsibilities if you are willing to take up. Fun office environment. If you work hard & show results, you will get a lot of recognition & independence.

      Cons

      As expected of a small company growing fast - lots of things failing, high expectations. Team is great, but office facilities are not fancy.
