      Pros

      They had a good work life balance and were willing to train the right people.

      Cons

      Their store level management was awful. More established locations had worked out the kinks, but the location I was in was a revolving door. Store management would fire anyone they didn’t like or anyone who disagreed with them, whether they were a good employee or not.

      Pros

      The hours, and schedule. Benefits are a plus. All the branches seem to work together as a team.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism, lack of raises. New hires are just bodies to fill the open position rather than be qualified for that position. Lack of proper training.
