Good place to work, you learn a lot.

Short staff, you have to have a good group to work with

Some skilled nursing staff who work hard

Lack of training and orientation (They pushed me on a cart on the 3rd day of orientation to facility/EMR) Lack of staff including agency (I was left while on the cart and new with zero other staff) Compassion and support for staff from supervisory and administrative team. Not enough time given to residents for their meals to be consumed. Not enough appreciation showed for the CNAs who are truly the backbone of the facility.
