I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with Monkoodog, a pet training, grooming, and vaccination company. My time with this company was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by deceit, poor work ethics, and a complete lack of professionalism. From the very beginning, the CEO of Monkoodog 'Manish Paul' made grand promises, one of which was offering me equity in the company if I joined. However, this promise turned out to be nothing more than a deceptive tactic to lure me in. Despite my hard work and dedication, I never received the equity I was promised. It was a clear case of false promises and broken trust. Aside from the broken promise, the CEO Manish Paul's fraudulent practices were evident throughout my employment. To my dismay, I discovered that he was involved in various unethical practices, including failing to pay employees their full wages. Unfortunately, I was a victim of this dishonest behavior, as I did not receive my rightful compensation for the work I performed. It is disheartening to see an organization engage in such fraudulent activities, especially in a field that should prioritize the well-being of pets and their owners. Furthermore, the work environment at Monkoodog was filled with poor work ethics and a complete lack of professionalism. There was a lack of proper training and supervision, resulting in subpar quality services provided to customers. To add insult to injury, I was unjustly terminated on fictitious grounds, leaving me without a job and a sense of justice. It is deeply disheartening to see how Manish Paul and the company manipulate and mistreat their senior employees without any regard for integrity or fairness. I strongly advise anyone considering joining Monkoodog to steer clear. The fraudulent practices, poor work ethics, and broken promises make this company a breeding ground for disappointment and unfulfilled expectations. There are many other reputable and trustworthy pet care providers out there that deserve your support and investment. Before joining Monkoodog the owner will make yo feel like his brother but once you join you start to see things clearly. My hope is that this review serves as a cautionary tale and helps others avoid the hardships I endured at Monkoodog. Anybody joining in a senior role should take this Review Very seriously. This company is nothing more than your average General Store.

5. Completely unethical approach towards employee handling in terms of motivating & appreciating. Poor forecasting regarding targets & even if you/your team end up achieving then it is going be a hectic task for you to claim/draw incentives easily. They will ask you to join as early as possible & will give you assurance of bi-annual appraisal (twice a year) which is a myth. Once you perform & deliver and make things easy & streamline in terms of process & business. After that there is no need of such person, they will start exploring cheaper alternatives. Also they will put your 10 days salary + another 10% share of every month’s salary ON HOLD. (which they promise that they will be giving post 6 months completion of employment & guess what after 6 months you end up keeping your 40-45 days of salary on hold with these Fraudsters & even if you survive till then and serve 45 days of notice period then also CEO is not going pay your part of entire amount claiming that X part of your amount was deducted due to your expenses occur in refreshment, outings, office parties & stationeries used in daily basis. Most importantly if you’re hired for senior position, they will try to convince you with lesser CTC with ESOP & guess what when you demand certificate regarding shares, they will start making excuses & if you sticking to your point then they will question your competency no matter what you’ve delivered for these creeps in past !!! This is not any start up. After working for 15-20 days you will definitely start feeling like you’re working in garment/confectionery shop under some lala. This is neither any start up nor they will be able to raise any funds because of self obsessed & self centred approach of Founding Members. ******ABOVE STATED EXPERIENCES ARE MY PERSONAL & I’VE BEEN THROUGH IT OR SEEN FEW OF MY SUB-ORDINATES GOING THROUGH IT EVEN IN THEIR TOUGH TIMES******
