In my experience, his leadership style comes across as arrogant and dismissive, and the company was in a much better place before his arrival. There also appears to be a strong culture of hiring friends and family members, which makes the organisation feel more like a family-run business than a professional workplace. Unfortunately, the culture among many colleagues has also become quite negative. Overall, I would not recommend this as a great place to work.
