The past two years have been challenging for MonetizeMore. Due to the global recession and other external factors, it’s undeniable that the company is experiencing a decline, and the outlook has been difficult. Despite this, MonetizeMore has maintained its transparency, openly discussing the current state of affairs and encouraging everyone to support one another more than ever. The recent right-sizing initiative, which impacted many valued team members, was one of the toughest decisions made. At the end of the day, business decisions are necessary for survival, even when they come at a great cost. No matter how impactful someone has been to the company, difficult changes must be made when the direction shifts. I’ve always said, and will continue to say, that I will forever be grateful to MonetizeMore. It’s not just a company that benefited from my performance; I also thrived and earned when the company was at its peak. For that, I’ll always be thankful.
