Pros

- Good market penetration (company has large market share) - Colleagues are friendly, Management listens to your ideas - Uncapped commissions - Work from home

Cons

- Average Pay, OTE is in line with industry standard - Burn out is real and the role has high turn over (management needs to promote from within or sales rep will continue leaving) - Can get lonely at times being out in the field on your own - Must be highly motivated and a self-starter, no one will push you but yourself - Product innovation is lacking and company is starting to lose market share to the big tech companies (products will be launched and then pulled off the market after they fail)

Pros

Great work environment. Management is flexible and they are willing to work with you. You are able to work from home if need be. Everyone knows each other so it's like having a second family at work.

Cons

There isn't much room to truly move up. So if you get a position you are kind of stuck there for a very long time.

Pros

Great socializing and working with very talented co-workers, The management is focused on small teams, making you feel like you're never left out.

Cons

Moneris was great at first, but things started to go south with the new sheriff in town. Although they try to present the new changes as embracing innovation, I think it's clear to most employee's that this is solely for profit seeking and making the shareholders happy. While over-relying on AI, relaying responsibilities, laying off employees might keep Moneris on its feet for a while, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a huge blowback in the long term.
