Pros
If you like working 60+ hours a week on third shift the pay can be good. benefits package is better than most I have seen. The shift supervisors are good guys and will work with you.
Cons
In some departments, if you are low seniority, you may be subject to working any shift on any given week. The equipment breaking down may have you possibly working 72 hours a week to meet production schedule deadlines.
