      Don't bother - Support Staff Mondee Employee Review

      Pros

      For a while there were a great group of employees from different departments that made the whole experience bearable.

      Cons

      No product after 5 or 6 years. Zero leadership. Blew through three CFOs in less than three years. CEOs (former and current) are complete nightmares. They hire their family members and throw money around for their excursions, and treat anyone outside their circle poorly. Lots of women crying in the bathroom over inappropriate and unethical behavior going on in that office. Run the other way.

      Pros

      One of the few Telugu companies in the USA, where everyone comes from the same 200-mile radius in India. Even across continents, the Group CEO has successfully built a community that speaks his language - an impressive kind of control.

      Cons

      > Senior leaders don’t always provide clear technical guidance, and junior developers often feel pressure without enough support. > Some C-suite leaders work in multiple companies at the same time. This seems accepted in the culture and makes it hard for serious employees to stay engaged. > The company focuses on products that are not part of the main revenue business, leaving the key money-making area neglected. > Older products and teams are being discontinued, but there are no new products in sight. > There is a lack of transparency with investors on how funds and projects are managed. Some initiatives appear to use investor money for ventures outside the main company.
