It's a smaller company so you need to be okay with a tight knit team

You are thrown in the fire so you get to learn everything involved in construction.

Upper management is below par. You never get the resources or support to do your job. Health care is the only benefit. Probably because it's required by law. Most projects end poorly due to the lack of support from management. Practically a sweatshop. Unethical practices. You work 60+ hours a week but don't go over your PTO because they will doc you. The morale is low.
