Sometimes too much work! Far away from a lot of things, but that's why it's such a nice place.

A fantastic hidden gem with huge potential in southern NH. There are scads of talented people here and most of them do their job well. Everyone is starting to focus on the same criteria which will pay tremendous dividends. Lots of new people so training is critical.

There are a small number of people who specialize in "not invented here". Those people need to be ignored and given the opportunity to get on board with those people who do care about their position and the quality of life it provides or go find something else to do.
