      Currently at least have a work life balance.

      Cons

      Terrible health benefits. Will show you how much money the company is making but not how it will give back to employees. Very siloed company no one knows what other teams do.

      - Some team members do not pick up the slack, and seem to go unpunished - Micromanaging - Not a lot of career growth opportunities unless you are very favored or get lucky
