Pros
I worked full time for MDL twice - once as Content Producer and once again a few years later as Office Manager/Receptionist. The fact that they reached back out to me again when they were in need of an extra helping hand in their new larger workspace, goes to show that they really value who you are as a person and what your energy brings to the team. As content producer, I was given lots of creative freedom to set the tone & voice for the site I was working on. Even though I'm not a designer, I was part of the weekly team meetings where everyone had an open platform to brainstorm and share their ideas and everyone's voice was heard and respected. This team worked hard and played hard together and I met a lot of really nice people during my time there.
Cons
There was a little ebb and flow on the admin side just depending on where things were on the project side, which isn't really a con, persay.. but it really gives you the opportunity to take ownership of your position and be creative.
