President is Racist, Company will look to fire you if they need to make Budget for the year. They will target you and make your life miserable and get you to quit first. If that does not happen they will use the excuse of budget cuts. You are overworked, ZERO respect for their Employees- HR has no backbone if you go to them for support then all the sudden there is a restructure and your Job is obsolete. HR will also make your life a living HELL.
