Pros
I've maid some fantastic interpersonal relationships with molly maids, and even grew close with some of our clients. I enjoyed learning new tricks of the trade and make good friends!
Cons
The boss. The current owner of this location, Pete,is majorly lacking in both communication and interpersonal knowledge. He guilt trips employees if he thinks they're sick too often (even with dr's notes), and will write you up while telling you everything is fine and you shouldn't worry. Pete has also stated to multiple employees (including myself) that being a single mother makes you unreliable for this job. There are many more things I could say, and I understand this is all word of mouth but I would highly recommend not working here. You only make 13.50 an hour plus commission, a boss that expects your respect while he treats everyone as if they're untrustworthy, makes personal remarks and heaven forbid you value your life outside more than this job 🙄 Oh! And don't let me forget, you don't get benefits. (P.s I do acknowledge that I was terminated, and I do acknowledge that towards the end of my employment I lost respect for this employer and didn't really care to keep a professional manner about me. However I always remained professional with our clients and my work personally)
