Good coffee, some of the people are nice, not much mice-managing

Most of the people are juvenile and you feel as though you are back in high school again. Upper management does not take charge in making decisions in a timely manner, rumors fly around because of the toxic environment, work load is intense because they don't want to upgrade their systems so most things are done manually.

The people you work with every day care about their jobs and the impact it has on patients. The company mission is great. The work is interesting.
Cons
Some people are ingrained in their roles but not very good at them. Most people work really hard, but some people take advantage of this and kick back. Small company can mean not many opportunities for advancement.
