Great there was no problems.

Good pay, bonuses, flexible hours, job is honestly a joke as all we do is steal client money and lie to them about performance

This place takes 40-60% of the client budget and pockets it and calls it “margin” and then has its employees legit lie and use reporting tools that calculate fields using what the client thinks we spent when in reality we are only spending a fraction of the budget. Everyone here constantly loves to pat themsleves on the back and management will constantly give bonuses to anyone who sips the kool aid (majority white frat bros) but they will tell you to lie to the client and say ‘margin is standard practice’ and that we are doing clients a favor even though they still charge clients a management fee ONTOP of margin on the full amount. They also make sure most campaigns are 99% retargeting for ‘optimal results’. It’s honestly hard as most of the clients are those in the arts and struggling to stay open while management constantly boasts about profits and how healthy we are financially as our clients struggle to stay open post pandemic.
