Pros
Benefits, abillity to work from home, supportive team
Cons
I feel like there should be a longer training period. There is A TON of information that they cram in during the 4 weeks. It doesn't even touch the reality of the job. The team is maybe as supportive as they can be, but as a new agent expect to reach out a lot. Because like I said, training is really not the best. The metrics are almost impossible to meet. They want calls to be under 6 mins... That's a very rushed call. That's were errors happen. Every meeting I had with my sup, she would tell me something to do, that was different that what I was trained, and it would be different than something she told me to do the week before. Inconsistant. When I quit, I was sent boxes to send my equiptment back in, with no instructions, and no communication from anyone.
