Pros
The work that I do daily has a direct impact within an industry that I care deeply about. I know that my work directly impacts the care of our members. Most of the people that work here are extremely motivated, understanding, and competent.
Cons
The Exec team shows extreme lacking in strategy, leadership, and communication skills, especially CEO and COO. Their favoritism for specific parts of the business is apparent, our GTM teams seem to receive anything and everything they want. These teams also skew extremely white and extremely bro-y. If your department happens to fall outside of Sales, then good luck obtaining adequate resourcing or support. The culture has been setup in such a way that if a Sales person asks you to jump, the only appropriate response is "how high," regardless of the work on your plate.
