Pros
I like dealing with many franchise companies in the course of my day and enjoy working with clients who appreciate the care that I put into their lead generation and marketing campaigns. The environment is mostly fun and stimulating. I hardly ever have a day when I don't look forward to working (unless it is possibly Monday). I also love the option of being able to work from home at times. Hard work is certainly appreciated here and I love the mentoring from fellow workers and management. I also love that our clients, newer and more established seem to love what we do f or them. The company continues to grow so more opportunities are opening up that I might find challenging and enjoyable too. Love pizza days and our bbq vollyball days! The coffee is great and they keep a fully stocked kitchen for us in terms of drinks and snacks. Casual dress code.
Cons
Like they say, some days are better than others. One of the cons is also a plus. It is a small, tight knit group of employees so it is important that if someone is having a bad day, they don't infect the others they are working with. Management keeps an "open door" policy for everyone and encourages employee feedback and learning tools to help keep problems from becoming larger.
