Pros
things move fast and get done quickly. you will have lots of opportunities to shine yourself. not such much rules and everybody learns from everybody and grow together. Nice startup vibe and atmosphere. almost no overtime working. Great office location in the center of downtown shanghai.
Cons
not the most competitive payment compared to other tech firm but also not as much overtime work as other firm so you have to see for yourself wether this is a con or not.
