They have a flat structure and leadership (shoutout Aviva and Talia) does a great job at clearly communicating expectations and providing junior team members with opportunities to step outside of their comfort zone and immerse themselves in the industry. Overall, the team was generally collaborative, competitive (in a good way) and fostered a fun working environment.
