Not much room for growth within company

The product itself is of decent quality and generally well received by visitors.

There is a heavy reliance on non-permanent contracts, which creates ongoing uncertainty for staff and makes it difficult to build stability within teams. Staff turnover is extremely high, and this constant churn negatively impacts morale, training, and day-to-day operations. There appears to be little genuine concern for employee wellbeing, with very long working hours often normalised rather than properly managed. Direction from management changes frequently, leading to confusion, shifting priorities, and a sense of constant firefighting at operational level. Benefits that are communicated as becoming available after passing probation are not always delivered consistently in practice, which undermines trust. Long working days are common, with 12+ hour shifts not unusual during busy periods, making the environment difficult to sustain over time.
