Pros
Joining Mobysoft has been one of the best career moves I’ve made in a long time. After a lengthy service in my previous role, I knew moving on would be a big deal, but I didn’t realise just how much I needed this change until I got here. The culture here is brilliant. Everyone I’ve met so far has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. It really feels like people want you to succeed, which makes such a difference when you’re settling into a new place.
Even though the industry was totally new to me, the customer base has been great to work with. Our weekly touchpoints keep everything on track, and the internal support on those calls is brilliant. Being able to make process improvements and having admin access to our PSA solution means I can get things done without endless hurdles, which is a huge change from my old job and makes me feel trusted.
My recruitment and onboarding experience were also brilliant. The whole process moved at a good pace, and Talent and HR stayed in touch throughout, making me feel supported from day one.
The flexibility at Mobysoft has been a massive benefit for me. I work remotely but can head into the office whenever I need to, and my work‑life balance is so much better than it was before.
The culture and values here were exactly what I needed after leaving my previous role, and the focus on inclusivity comes through in so many ways, from company kick‑offs and monthly SONs to relaxed coffee catch‑ups with the CEO. Overall, I feel valued, trusted, and genuinely happy with my decision to join.
Cons
There is a lot of change happening in the business at the moment, and while it’s exciting, it can sometimes make navigating day‑to‑day work a little more challenging. That said, it’s clear these changes are being made with long‑term success in mind, I believe the organisation is moving in a positive direction and I look forward to seeing the output of these changes.
