      Pros

      Mobyfox is a great company to grow, you can learn from everyone and the environment is great and friendly, it’s like a family. They take care of everyone and listen to your opinions and suggestions.

      Cons

      The organization has improved a lot but still it could improve a little bit more, overall the company is working hard to be better!

      Pros

      Good benefits, salary, working conditions and communication accessibility.

      Cons

      They don't give many opportunities for growth, they don't listen to the professionals they hire, they lack transparency and work ethic when it comes to firing people. In a company where the official languages are Spanish and English. I've often felt discriminated against for not speaking Catalan.
