Amit built the company from the ground up and with his expertise and knowledge in the industry has built the company in to what it is today. The company is not going under, it is in fact thriving. If he wants to impart on employees this knowledge and guidance on how he became successful, that is well within his right as CEO. He never does anything in a manipulative or unkind manner, he truly wants every hire to be successful. The company provides a lot of freedom for great performers, those who don't perform or show initiative are coached and managed accordingly. If they still do not perform up to standard, of course, they are let go.

I cannot think of any downsides currently

Moblize is now recruiting candidates as AKM Enterprise Inc because of the high number of negative reviews for Moblize. Job seekers DO NOT BE DECEIVED. Be informed, read the reviews for Moblize. This is deceptive and unethical behavior and unfortunately it is the norm for this company. The CEO and company leadership are dictatorial, manipulative, dishonest and unethical. They use high pressure tactics, constantly changing priorities and a schizophrenic management style to attempt to make the company grow and succeed. They fail on all counts. Employee turnover is over 50% this year and continues unabated. HR policies and administration have been inconsistent, poorly communicated and poorly executed. The oil and gas drilling analytics industry is a fantastic growth market for the right company. Unfortunately, Moblize ain't it. If you are considering a career with this company stop right there. Don't even give it another thought. You will regret it almost immediately if you accept that offer. Keep looking elsewhere because you do NOT want to work here. If you are desperate for a new job keep looking. You will find a better job guaranteed. Do you want a career as a professional or a job as an indentured servant?
