The only pros are the people who work there. They are friendly, helful and eager to learn new stuff.
Cons
Where should i start. I worked there for more than 6 years. If your applying for a new job please don't, run as far as you can. If you see positive comments on this website don't be fooled, this is because the CEO asked the employees to put positive comments as the review were extremely bad! The CEO is the next Hitler, no man can make a decision, even in small project related things, project priorities change each day. He's in dept for all his current, ex-employees and most of the banks in Lebanon. Each month he pays either half or no salary, all his employees have minimum of 3 to 4 salaries not payed. (Per year)!!! Approximately more than 40 employees have left the company, and he didn't pay anyone, so more than 20 lawsuits have been fired and he was forced to pay after 2 to 3 years, and the left who believed that he would pay as he promised as still waiting for more than 3 to 4 years. His brother in law have a major rank in the government, so he’s using him to put pressure on all people who disagrees with him, he even tried to fake a law suit on some of the employees as they were protesting that they wanted their money but thank god he failed to imprison them. Multiple corruption issues on projects have been raised, google it and you will know what I mean. I will stop here, because I can make a thesis out of the stories I know. Don’t be fooled by his words, he’s an excellent salesman.
