The management at this company are completely out of touch with their employees, corporate tends and current salary expectations. They manage the business with fear and a bully mentality. A hostile work environment is the status quo. If you take a job with this company, do not expect any type of positive reinforcement. They will beat you down with negativity until you're ready to quit. Also, don't expect to make a livable wage. Pay rate is below what you'll find at other wireless companies and they set the quota so high that you'll never see a commission or bonus. Mobilelink sets their expectations well above what Cricket expects so they can keep them happy and avoid paying their employees in the process. If you take a job with them, don't say I didn't warn you.
