very poor management and when you resign they will not clear providend fund within given time period and alsoif some one has complete 11 month they will fire because next month there provident fund will be double and before that they will terminate you saying company out of budget hai.

Good place if you want practice updating your CV every few months.

Company terminates employees near one year to avoid PF and increments, poor time management, unprofessional “friends & family” culture, delayed final settlements, no career stability or growth.
