highly disorganized and a potentially sinking ship. they can't seem to get their footing with new ownership changes (not once but twice in less than 5 years) and the rebrand isn't resonating. All success of the magazine is dependent on paid advertising from doctors/lawyers/real estate folks and it shows. The issues always look the same year after year.
