      Pros

      Team spirit is clear and patent. Management is really trying to find better ways to do things (methods and procedures).

      Cons

      Salary is not very good. Management is not being able to find better ways to do things (although it tries). Positions are not particularly stable, though that well may be a problem of the whole country (to say the least).
