North American division in particular does not have the appropriate level of investment to create high impact marketing campaigns that drive the brand, increase awareness and convert consumers. Consistent turnover year after year. Top talent recruited from respectable industries are lured by the excitement and access to the sports marketing business but don't stay long. Some dissatisfied with lack of budget and investment to drive the business. Very limited opportunities for advancement.
