Recording your time has to be by the 15 min, ridiculous time waster. Weren't inclusive of new employees - would go to lunch and just leave me. Training is minimal - basically just throw you in and say good luck. Micromanaging is outrageous. Factory like - how fast can you do this so we can make the most money over your learning and career growth.
