      Salary is way below industry standards. Employees are over stressed always. Must work on Saturdays and some time Sundays as well. No work life balance what so ever.

      Friendly work culture with helpful colleagues. Good exposure to real client projects, QA processes, automation testing, and different technologies.

      Cons

      Recently, micromanagement has increased, which can affect trust, flexibility, and productivity. Sometimes the workload and priorities change quickly, making it harder to plan work properly
