Management Sorely Lacking in Leadership and Communication Skills - Marketing Coordinator Mission Minded Employee Review

I felt disgusted by the management's lack of commitment to their employees. It seems convenient at first to work from home, but be careful not to let them take advantage of your time and resources. I was surprised with how insensitive they were for a company that works with the nonprofit sector. I was very surprised by the lack of professionalism such as asking me to pick up my paycheck by leaving it taped to a gate on a busy street in SF.
