Mission Minded's interview process was a mixed bag. While transparency about the high number of candidates is appreciated, the interviewer painted a concerning picture. Recent firings, restructuring, and a lack of enthusiasm for the company's current direction raise red flags. To top it off, a promised follow-up never materialized. While some might find the dynamic environment appealing, this interview highlighted potential instability and a need for clearer direction. Consider this alongside other opportunities before making a decision.

Question 1
Are you interviewing with other companies, and if so, where are you in the process?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Minded in Feb 2020
Interview
Everyone at Mission Minded was so kind and you could really tell they loved their jobs but the interview process was SO involved. What struck me as odd is that they said they just updated their interview process to be more inclusive but I really don't see how that could be. I had 5 separate zoom interviews and a project that took several hours to complete. I could not have completed the interview process if I didn't have such a flexible job at the time. Mission Minded: I'd encourage you to offer some interview slots after regular business hours and reduce the burden of interviewees.

It was one-to-one, via Zoom, online. The interview took 30 minutes in total, interviewer questions and interviewee questions. Allowing for additional time is provided in case of more questions. The discussion at the end provided more information about the next steps and about the job.
