Top level management would belittle and insult entry level employees publicly after drinking all day and would behave threateningly to line managers who objected.

The hourly rate starting is already greater than most part or full time hospitality jobs. The staff and working environment are nurturing and incredibly 'easy-going'. The benefits and incentives offered by the company for staff are also incredible.

All the regular cons of working in hospitality except slightly better in almost all categories so you can't complain at all.

sometimes at peak service it could be stressful and overwhelming but this is standard and I have heard some of my friends complain that efforts to cut costs and increase profits has been detrimental to some aspects of service, since i left
