I had the opportunity to work at Mission Bit for one year, as Digital Marketing specialist, on an Encore Fellowship. There are possibly many reasons to work at Mission Bit - a non-profit organization, including (a) It is providing free computer science, SW development education to high school students of Bay area, focused on underserved student community - excellent cause (b) Very supportive leadership and collaborative work environment (c) deployment of limited resources with strategic thinking (d) Informal environment and no micro management (e) rapid recognition of strong contributions.
