Pros

Growing revenues, growing head count, good prospects for the future. Quarterly meetings, just recently started, are a good opportunity to meet other employees and get the bigger picture on what is going on in the company.

Cons

The contract I'm on is small. We don't get much attention from the company. Actually, that could be a good thing! As a developer, I have to provide my own equipment and software.

Pros

Treat employees like family. Leadership is accessible and fairly communicative. Really value employees. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Seems like a fairly young company as far as processes and systems, although they may have been in business for a while. Need to be more communicative and transparent. Lack of systems and organization may be why communication doesn't feel as clear as ideal. Still lacking corporate office structure that may help with company success and effective growth.
