Pros
Lots of talent in the office. Varied types of projects to work on. Office location is great. Great team (from the guys overseas).
Cons
WPP have such a bad reputation it is able to drag Mirum down with it. Their parent company CEO was involved in a scandal and it was all over the news. Leadership and vision is lacking with low morale within the workplace. The PM and seniors had a habit of micro managing. The culture in the office is not great. Unpleasant place to work.
