- There is micro-management to the minute at the company and you are questioned after words about your work.
- Apparently they show an open culture but if you do raise a valid point or anything that makes sense, you will be disrespectfully shut down.
- You can only stay happy there if you numb yourself and just tone out when something is being discussed because even if you say something nobody gives a crap.
- The senior leadership has 0 knowledge about tech and software, but want complete control over any technical decisions and will make everyone write a million documents and not read 90% of them and tell you you're crap(literally) at your role on your face. There is 0 respect for you and your work.
- There is no concept of planning a project or something, the only thing that matters is how they can milk the client.
- They have some really shady terms in the working terms, like for the first 4 weeks you need to be in the office 5 days a week for "collaboration" even though your entire team is either at home or offshore.
- They will never be any clarity over your role, as a project manager you could be doing the role of a BA, and even as a software engineer you will end up doing market research and competitor analysis, and a lot of times you will probably be doing something that doesn't align to your actual role but you will be "expected" to take additional duties.
- Micro-management is to such a bad extent that they(sometimes even the CEO) will monitor a lot of times what time you entered the office or leave it, apparently getting to the office 9:06 means you're late, and you are expected to sit there till 5:30-6 as a minimum even if you complete all your work before time.
- Contract negotiations are soo bad and unethical that by the time you do your first interview and when they give you the offer the budget of the role decreases by as much as 20%,
- A lot of positive reviews on glassdoor at this point are just some employees giving good reviews to keep the rating high (Check the upvotes on positives vs negative reviews)
- OVERALL A MASIVE RED FLAG.
