I thought it was amazing my first year here, then during my second year, I realized I was completely wrong and I saw the real colors. Executive leadership is poor, they do not recognize accomplishments/effort appropriately, not even during reviews.
Their communication is poor and lack ownership in their words and actions. They do not initiate conversations or review career development plans seriously. Examples they use to critique performance are very subjective and one-sided. It is all smoke and mirrors when it comes to living out the company's core values. Be very careful of this company... What you see on the outside is not what it truly is on the inside. Unless you are part of the executive leadership or part of their office outside of the Amer region, you will suffer silently while they make underhanded decisions and slowly backstab your efforts to communicate and contribute.
