Pros
They say you could pick two out of three: an interesting project, great culture and colleagues, good compensation. Miro easily covers all of them. The project is great and the product opportunities are inspiring and motivating. The culture is not just a word but the whole PeopleOps works hard on making it top-notch. We use our established values everywhere: hiring, making product decisions, engineering part. It's truly the projection of how we work. And we do evolve them constantly. Compensation is also quite competitive and adequate. So I'd recommend everybody checking Miro out as a place to apply your skills and gain more experience.
Cons
It's not really a con but smth worth considering. The company is in a hyper-growth stage thus there are some challenges with processes, planning, staffing. Some things are yet to be settled and established.
